Adds contacts to a ledger by creating a new ledgerImport and adding these contacts for processing.

Any contacts with a reference_id that already exists in the ledger will be marked as duplicates and not imported.

All imported contacts will go through our standard waterfall to determine their current job information.

Each contact must have either: a) linkedin b) email_address c) name AND any company_ field or school

The data provided in this call is used solely to identify the individual you are interested in and then are no longer used by Live Data.
